Outpatient mental health therapy for neurodiverse individuals

Hi, everyone! 

Pardon the dust!  There are lots of great things brewing behind the scenes that I cannot wait to launch!

I’m Dr. Joe Daly, and I specialize in late-diagnosed Autism in adults.

Through my outpatient mental health practice, I have the privilege of helping autistic adults better understand themselves, process their experiences, and navigate life after diagnosis.

It’s incredibly rewarding work, but I know I can reach and support more people beyond the limitations of traditional therapy and insurance.

So, I’m expanding!

I’m growing my services to include:

• Consulting for individuals, families, and organizations.

• Processing sessions for autistic adults and their families.

• Educational resources and workshops (coming early 2027).

• I'm writing a handbook! (coming in 2027) - "Autism Unpacked - The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly of Late Diagnosed AuDHD"

My goal is simple: to help more autistic adults and the people who love them find understanding, validation, and meaningful support.

Because a late diagnosis doesn’t mean it’s too late to understand yourself, embrace who you are, and move forward with confidence.
